PHASE 1: Foundation & Data Collection
The very first thing that you need to do is build a very strong foundation and have a clear cut understanding of the current data we have, what we can do with it, and how we can get to the next level.
We analyze EVERYTHING in your entire business. This ranges from your ad creative assets, ad account data, shopify & CRM data, your landing pages, and the list goes on.
We do a FULL funnel top-down approach for your business so we can identify opportunities to scale and grow quickly. This is the bare foundation that we start with, and build from there.
PHASE 2: Ad Creation & Funnel Optimization
During this phase, we take our findings from our audit and implement based off of our findings. At this stage we usually make tweaks to the landing page, make creative ads & ads, and get the offer adjusted to where we see fit.
This is the longest phase because at this stage we are testing (scientifically) what we determine to be the absolute best strategy and we iterate off our results. If we notice that our hypotheses turned out to be correct, we then take our findings and find ways to run with it and scale. This phase can be quick or long – it just depends on the business and where they are at!
PHASE 3: Profit Optimization
This is the most exciting phase because at this stage we know what works and we are mainly focused on efficiency and optimization. We are trying to maximize profit (or growth, just depends on your goals) and we push on the gas pedal.
This phase is a result of the consistent and iterative testing that we’ve done from phase 2. At this stage we are mainly focused on expanding on our goals and hitting those KPIs we had planned from the very beginning.
We don’t just stop here – at this stage, we start to set new targets and try to get to the next level. Our goal is to never stop growing because if you stop growing – you’re dying.
